Rarily if ever will use mouth and nose to breath, using gills along the sides of torso to breath weather in water or outside of it

Eyes are reptile in nature, iris is black, pupales are yellow (will glow in low lighting condistions), orbs glow as well
Hair is black and considerably long (goes to the hips) due to oily substance that prevents it from becoming tangled, makes it hard to clean however
All cells act as any cell, blood cells can become bone cells, bone to muscle, ect
Voice when subject does speak is said to be extremely lovely.
Well grow male genitalia when subject is in heat and only females are around. Produces large amounts of semen in an effort

Massive regeneration: Capable of moving cells to wounded area's to accelerate healing. Mortal wounds heal in minutes and wounds that would kill cause OM-0138 to retract to a 'caccon' state.
No central nervous system, as such shots to the head result in little more then annoying or angering subject
Grip strength is considerable, able to crush boulders, steel, bones with considerable ease.
Lift strength however is only 2 times that of a normal human.
Capable of projecting a toxic, acidic slime at a high verolsity. Dissolves organic material considerably faster then inorganic material. Slime will stick to target as it eats through skin, releasing toxins and bacteria as it continues to eat through flesh
Victims that survive must undergo heavy anti-bacterial medication if they wish to survive. Efforts after 3 hours drastically reduces survival rate even with treatment. Slime is thick enough to cause suffocation if it hits prey's breathing area such as the face.
Echolocation: Has advanced echolocation that seems to allow it to know acatily wear prey is at all time, they way they are
facing and what they have on hand for weapons if any. sound used to produce echolocation sounds like a small bell being
hit lightly, to those that can hear it however
Night vision: eyes allow for sight in low level area's cannot see through walls however.
Heightened reflexes: Has inhuman reflex abilities, allowing it to sense and dodge even high speed projectiles. Current speeds that can be dodged are unknown at this moment sense subjects escape
Capable of surviving all environments, including the void of space or thought to be uninhabitable areas with untold amounts of radiation or toxic area. Will go into a caccon state in space to survive however.
Teleportation: Capable of warping itself up to 30 feet while in a human form, however this causes extreme exhaustion if done rapidly. Caccon state however is capable of warping light years multiply times with no sighs of exhaustion for a considerable amount of time. Does however tend to warp towards ships or places where subject may take on human form once more
Caccon state: On reaching a highly damaged state, subject will state to develop a shell around what remains of its body, size is that of the subject in a curled up state. Shell's hardness is comparable to that of diamond, however it hold none of the minerals fragile nature, this makes getting to the inside considerably difficult. Inside the caccon seems to be a slurry of cells that are capable of self-substantiating themselves and replace cell count that was loss due to injury prior to caccon state. Slurry will reform humanoid form if environment is habitable. Should note that once reformed and breaks out of caccon subject goes on a feeding frenzy.
slight telepathic: uses this to help it manipulate locks on doors that it cannot reach. It is also capable and intelligent enough to break into any locked room regardless of security or look type. This includes simple locks, deadbolts, DNA scan, retinal scan,
voice locks, ect.
Capable of High speeds, not due to running but due to jumping with strong legs.
Camouflage: will change color to fit environment that it is in, prefers to stay a dark green color for the most part. Cells will
reflect light making it nearly invisible to the naked eye, inferred can be used to spot subject better however if it notices this subject will change its temperate to make itself harder to be seen. The faster it moves the easier it is to spot however, showing a blurry image with an outline.
Orbs: Orbs on back can be fired at high speed, with impacts capable of denting harden space ship armor. Once they fall to the ground however they seem to take a life of their own and will go towards any targets that move before exploding on it, coating the victum and area around it in massive amounts of acidic slime. Slime seems to stick to targets while eating through them. Orbs can be picked up by the subject and placed back into empty sockets if they did not explode, if they do so subject will grow new ones within a minute smaller orbs take less time.
Unusual Digestion: May consume any and all organic materials to substance itself. While it may consume it like a normal humanoid organic material that it considers poisoning (or harmful) may be consumed by extending its cells to break it down and consume it that way. When doing so a sticky, black puddle may be seen coming from the subject, usually by hands, but may come from what ever part it closest. Once material is completely broken down, the puddle will be reabsorbed. If not in range to do so (touching it) the puddle will remain their and present as an obstacle, as any organic material that comes into contact with it will have the puddle start to break them down quickly. Puddle gets larger as it breaks down material, seems to attempt to latch onto any near by material when outside range of subject, but will
not move.
Light shape shifting: Due to how her cells may be any and all cells, OM-0138 may move or make more cells to change body type, examples may be producing new limbs, larger chest area, larger male genitalia (when one is created), tendrils, ect.


Personal History:
Created by the Hive Mind AI named Omega to be an effective bio weapon, it proved to be quite effective in being able to go into
any environment and adapt to it. However its simple minded nature and lack of ability to reproduce extremely rapidly (followed by the fact it was nearly impossible to terminate the subject) meant it would be a very ineffective weapon for use, considering the cost of making more of the subject prevented her from going out of the alpha testing. However due to the fact that it would be extremely difficult to terminate, an environment was built to keep the subject content and to prevent her from teleporting out of its cell.
Its escape from its containment cell was due to Eco-terrorist that attacked the facility in order to stop and free any test subjects in the area. While the attack was considerate UN-succesful, they did manga to get OM-0138 attention and have it warp into one of their escape vessels. Eventually that vessual came into range of the Hive Mind mother ship, ArK, and after a small fight, the subject was thought to go into the caccon state and warped into the mother ship, warping well into the sky of the ocean habitat, near a beach that was being watched by Mero. On landing the caccon was picked up by Mero and brought home after her shift, which re-emerged from it and started to consume all of her food within the refrigerator. Noise from this woke up Mero and after a small struggle she ended up paralyzing the subject with her poisons.
On being notified of the subjects nature, Mero decided to keep it at home and content, giving subject the name 'Falling Sky, due to the fact she fell from the sky, OM-0138 seems to heavily enjoy this new name. Should be noted that for some reason Mero seems incapable of reproduction with OM-0138, as such when subject goes into heat, Mero is given payed leave to keep the subject from reproducing with any others.
